While we’re unable to cancel orders once it has been placed, we understand that mistakes happen. If you need to make any changes, please reach out to us promptly at hello@leetoile.com or via Instagram DM, and we’ll do our best to assist you before your order is processed.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase. If you do not receive it within a few hours, please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us directly.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email. You can use this link to monitor the delivery status in real time.

I entered the wrong shipping details — what should I do?

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping information. We’ll do our best to update it before the order is dispatched. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes once the order has been shipped.
