Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 3 days of receiving your order.
Sale and personalised items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

🔍 How to Request a Return
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us  within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.
We will assess your request and assist you with the next steps as soon as possible.
